We offer three medical plan options: a HDHP, a PPO, and a HMO (for employees in California). Because we want to ensure that employees have access to affordable healthcare, we strive to pay a generous portion of the premium costs for these medical plans and encourage employees to participate in our pre-tax savings accounts. Our HDHP and PPO plans are offered through United Healthcare and our HMO plan is offered through Kaiser.

Our dental plan, through Principal, encourages early detection of dental problems by offering diagnostic and preventive services, such as routine check-ups and cleanings, with no deductible. Our dental insurance also contributes toward major services as well as orthodontia services for children.

Pre-Tax Savings Accounts

It is important that employees are equipped to manage their own healthcare. We offer several ways for employees to save money pre-tax for medical expenses, including Health Savings Accounts and Flexible Spending Accounts. To help employees on the high deductible medical plan save for healthcare expenses, we contribute dollars annually toward eligible employees' HSAs on a prorated basis. Jobvite also offers money, pre-tax, for savings accounts for parking, transit, and dependent care.

To help protect employees' standard of living in the case of a disabling or unforeseen life event, we provide employees with Short Term and Long Term Disability coverage at no cost to them! This insurance pays income continuation at 60% their normal rate of pay if an employee becomes disabled due to an illness, pregnancy, or non-occupational accident.

Life + AD&D

Taking care of our employees and their families is important to us. We ensure that employees' families have some financial security in case there is a loss of life. We enroll employees in basic life/accidental death and dismemberment (AD&D) insurance at 1x their annual salary. Employees who want additional coverage can elect coverage for themselves, their spouse, or their children.

We care for employees' overall wellbeing, so our free Employee Assistance Program includes unlimited telephone access to professionals who can assist with depression, substance abuse, legal and financial concerns, marital or family difficulties, stress management and anxiety, and child or elder care. To support our employees wherever their journeys may take them, we provide a Travel Assistance Program through Lincoln Financial, which can assist employees or their eligible dependents if they have an emergency while traveling.

Jobvite has an open paid time off policy that allows employees to take the time they need for purposes such as vacation, personal time off, and routine family or personal needs. The open time off policy is based on mutual trust between Jobvite and its employees. In return for flexibility, we ask our employees to invest in themselves, making sure their work gets done well and on time so that Jobvite can continue to support our customers and meet our organizational goals.
