We offer several ways for employees to save money pre-tax for medical expenses, including Health Savings Accounts and Flexible Spending Accounts. To help employees on the high deductible medical plan save for healthcare expenses, we contribute dollars annually toward eligible employees' HSAs on a prorated basis. Jobvite also offers money, pre-tax, for savings accounts for parking, transit, and dependent care.

We enroll employees in basic life/accidental death and dismemberment (AD&D) insurance at 1x their annual salary.
