Job Description

Jobvite is seeking a dynamic, growth-oriented President & General Manager to guide the company’s continued growth acceleration. Jobvite is a rapidly growing business unit of Employ Inc, a tech and services leader in the recruitment market space. The successful candidate will have proven experience scaling enterprise software companies from $100M to $250M and beyond.

The Jobvite President will have a broad range of leadership responsibilities including full P&L accountability and oversight of all Jobvite functional areas.  Additionally, this person is a key member of the Employ executive leadership team. They must thrive in a high-growth, fluid, and metrics-oriented environment, with a deep passion for delighting customers and driving results. This role reports to the CEO of Employ.

Responsibilities:

• Delight Jobvite’s current and future customers in all areas of the customer lifecycle
• Own the full P&L with accountability
• Lead all functional areas within the business unit
• Partner with CEO & CFO to manage annual strategic planning and budgeting process
• Collaborate Employ Shared services leaders such as Finance, Human Resources, etc. to successfully manage the business
• Serve as a key member of the Employ executive leadership team
• Assess, evaluate, and optimize business & financial performance
• Partner with Executive Leadership to drive cross-business unit strategic objectives
• Work with Executive Leadership on M&A strategy, transactions, and integration planning
• Optimize and improve the efficiency of internal Company operations
• Strong leadership presence – be an internal/external storyteller and simplifier

Requirements:

• Customer centric mindset
• Experience scaling a $100M company to $250M and beyond
• Proven experience leading in a private equity or public company
• Previous experience in high growth, enterprise software environments
• Proven experience successfully scaling a SaaS business
• Experience with M&A (both buying and selling) and post-acquisition integration
• International business experience
• Direct and indirect customer acquisition model experience
• “Hands-on” team leadership approach
• Ability to influence and motivate onsite and remote staff
• Outstanding communication and presentation skillsExcellent analytical, reasoning, and problem-solving skills
• The ability to travel as needed, including internationally
