Jobvite is seeking a talented and analytical Marketing Operations Specialist to join our growing marketing team, reporting directly to the SVP of Demand Generation. In this role, you will have direct impact to the company’s success by building an integrated, scaled approach to how the marketing organization analyzes, reports and optimizes against our performance. Additionally, you will help drive efficiencies to optimize lead flow, support the overall business growth objectives and lead operational excellence across the team. This role will work cross-functionally with sales operations, finance, and marketing.


The right candidate builds experiences that help marketers unlock insights across channels, personas and verticals, manages reporting enhancements and various innovative projects.


What you will do:

  • You will be responsible for bringing together the performance and spend data across platforms (Hubspot, Salesforce, Tableau, Terminus, external agencies, etc.) into a central data hub
  • Support the optimization of our lead scoring, reporting and attribution models
  • Build standard reporting mechanisms and dashboards for the team to be able to report performance
  • Drive operations for monthly weekly GTMs and MBRs
  • Partner with the Sr. Director of Demand Generation to build channel-level benchmarks and measurements for successful marketing planning and ROI analysis
  • Manage marketing systems and other special projects
  • Partner with stakeholder groups across marketing and sales to share insights and data
  • Data driven analysis – define, analyze and track critical marketing program performance

What you will bring to the role:

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, project management, systems admin
  • Expertise in Tableau, knowledgeable in Salesforce, Marketo, Hubspot
  • Understanding of campaign performance data and lead routing, scoring
  • Analytical mindset, data driven – knowledgeable in SQL
  • Strong sense of curiosity and desire to dive deep into the understanding behind the data
  • Ability to work collaboratively in support of the marketing team and cross-functional project groups to identify, troubleshoot and remediate martech issues
