Job Description

As the organization’s first Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) you will work across brands, internally and externally, to increase diverse representation and foster an inclusive culture. This role is on the front line of these important initiatives and ensures equal opportunities for all.

 

What you’ll be doing:

  • Leading DEI efforts across our business units, with a focus on three key pillars:
    • Recruiting
    • Belonging
    • Leadership
  • Strategically design and manage our global DEI programs
  • Working closely with the DEI Committee to plan and manage events, content, programs, and speakers
  • Facilitating events and trainings to educate and develop DEI skills
  • Ownership and accountability for short-term and long-term goals to achieve best-in-class, metric-oriented, results
  • Partnering with our People Operations team to define and track metrics related to DEI initiatives and employee sentiment
  • Evaluating the candidate experience across our brands - with the Talent Acquisition team - to ensure equitable and consistent practices that embrace our DEI initiatives
  • Representing the company at events and during external discussions with customers and prospects with a strong presence
  • Working with People Business Partners to evaluate and improve sense of belonging amongst our team
  • Conducting and analyzing industry program benchmarking for DEI initiatives and creating action plans to optimize company performance

 

What you’ll bring:

  • Relentless passion for advancing DEI
  • Minimum 4 years experience in a DEI-focused position required
  • Exemplary communication and presentation skills, including public speaking
  • Project and program management experience
  • Comfort in a results-oriented environment
  • Keen ability to analyze metrics to drive results
  • SHRM-CP/SCP or equivalent preferred
