The Company is seeking a results-oriented People Operations Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you will be working collaboratively across all disciplines on the People team – including Talent Acquisition, Engagement, and Business Partnership – as well as across our broader organizations.
What you'll do:
- Coordinate administration of multiple benefit plans (medical, dental, vision, life insurance, flexible spending plans, disability, and health savings accounts), including invoicing, auditing, compliance, ACA reporting, COBRA, vendor data feeds and employee enrollment support
- Support annual benefits open enrollment and employee benefit plan education
- Coordinate administration of the Jobvite 401(k) plan including employee support and communications, annual audits, and compliance
- Lead the company's global compensation review on a recurring basis
- Support managers and employees with ADP WorkforceNow queries and training
- Process and track leave of absences
- Maintain HR information systems data, such as new hire entry, employee data changes and termination processing
- Ensure the accuracy of employee data and help team members complete updates in a timely fashion
- Create, maintain, and support a variety of reports for different areas of the business
- Work closely with other departments to ensure employee’s get the best experience
- Create employee data change letters and keep virtual files updated
- Manage compliance related matters as needed
- Respond to internal and external HR related inquiries or requests
- Various other projects to assist the team upon request
What you bring to your role:
- 3+ years of progressive human resources experience
- Advanced experience with ADP WorkforceNow required
- Strong communication skills – both verbal and written
- Confident presentation skills
- Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, business administration or another related field
- Detail-oriented outlook with the ability to manage and prioritize several tasks at once
- Strong time management skills
- A high degree of discretion in handling sensitive information
- SHRM-CP or equivalent preferred
