What Will You Do:
Work in partnership with the CFO and PE Sponsor to oversee and manage all legal matters of the Company.
Draft, review, and negotiate master services agreements, nondisclosure agreements, partnership agreements, and other commercial contract documents with customers, vendors, suppliers, and partners.
Provide business leaders and other partners with creative solutions to business issues while eliminating or minimizing legal risks.
Partner with the CFO and Corporate Controller in managing the company’s enterprise risk management programs.
Assist in establishing internal corporate and legal policies and compliance programs to ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements.
Partner with the CEO, CFO and Corporate Controller in administering the company’s equity incentive programs.
