What you will do:

  • Develop customized presentations, demonstrations, and prototypes of our software to articulate use cases and value to the customer 
  • Work with customers to discover their business objectives and current pains 
  • Participate in selling the value of Jobvite products using multiple channels, including phone, presentation, and live/online product demonstrations 
  • Support the sales team by taking a consultative role in prospective customers’ evaluation processes, including making configuration recommendations, providing best-proactive guidance, and explaining integration capabilities 
  • Articulate and educate on technical and architectural concepts to a variety of audiences, including developers, architects, and IT professionals 
  • Respond to functional and technical elements of RFPs as necessary, leverage and build upon existing knowledge base 
  • Master and maintain detailed knowledge of Jobvite’s product-suite configuration options 
  • Stay up-to-date on product releases and new features, assist in training new hires and colleagues in the field 
  • Document and communicate product feedback and new requirements from the field 

What you'll bring:

  • 6+ years of sales engineering or solution consulting experience in a SaaS organization, preferably in the Recruiting or HCM space 
  • Proven analysis, problem solving and troubleshooting expertise 
  • Experience delivering presentations and demonstrations to senior level business and technical audiences 
  • Experience responding to functional and technical elements of RFPs 
  • Ability to learn and assimilate technical information quickly 
  • Familiar with multiple integration techniques including Web Services and APIs 
  • Knowledge of social media platforms, including Twitter, Facebook and Linkedin 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail 
  • Ability to convey enthusiasm and energy through ongoing interactions 
  • Ability to travel up to 25% (Covid-19 travel restrictions are currently in place)
