A primary responsibility that falls under the heading of customer success enablement is to ensure that all staff responsible for customer success are fully trained and have all the skills and resources they need in order to do their jobs.  

As a strategic partner to many cross-functional teams around the company, you will act as the voice and representative of the customer-facing teams as your end customer. Your resulting programs will be designed with our customers in mind and will be built to meet their evolving needs. 

What you'll do:

  • Help set the program vision and path forward for new product education and technical skills from onboarding and into role proficiency 
  • Help develop a curriculum for our Support and Technical roles within Customer Success. 
  • Developing product training programs for customer success teams and managers. 
  • Partner with Product and Marketing to develop internal resources, enablement sessions and customer-facing materials for all product, content and service releases and ensure we have a sales strategy for each release 
  • Establishing professional development programs for all customer success teams. 
  • Partner closely with our Functional Enablement Managers to collaborate on the needs of each Customer Success pillar. 
  • Produce content and resources for the customer facing teamto consume. 
  • Project manage your programs from inception, through implementation, to iteration.

What you'll bring:

  • 4-6 years of experience in developing training courses and materials
  • SaaS products preferred
  • Articulate 360 or similar experience with e-learning technology platforms and learning management systems
  • BA in Instructional Design, Education or equivalent combination of education and experience 
  • Graphic design experience is a plus but is not required
  • Able to provide a portfolio or samples of work to review
  • Familiarity creating certifications preferred
