Product Trainer

Primary areas of focus & responsibility for your role:

  • As a member of the Customer Enablement team you will design, develop and deliver what modern education and training look like for our customer base. Manage the development of training materials aligned to corporate brand guidelines
  • Prepare and deliver quality training to customers based on adult learning principles and best practices
  • Provide feedback and input as it relates to the development and design of effective training programs – internal and external
  • Create storyboards for any e-Learning material
  • Actively improve training and documentation methods, techniques, and processes in collaboration with the team.
  • Become the subject matter expert for specific products and take ownership of customer training needs.


What you bring to your role:

  • 5+ years proven experience in a product (software) training role
  • Be able to develop and implement comprehensive product training programs and methods, both live and virtual
  • Be confident standing up in front of a room and leading groups through workshops, coaching and structured training sessions.
  • Working knowledge of Zoom, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Articulate product functionality in multiple ways, illustrating usability
  • Active, self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision and efficiently handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Embrace change and promote the continuous improvement of the training facilitation.
  • Work collaboratively and build excellent relationships with remote team members.
  • Available to travel, 50%, hybrid of virtual and on-site
